We stayed at the Venice Hotel for 4 nights from 8 to 12 Jan 2025. The hotel is very centrally located and very close to many activities and food. The hotel offers free buggy service to anywhere within Sunset Town and even a free 30 mins Sunset Town tour, cable car ride to Hon Thom island and Aquatopia Water Park!
As we had an ocean view room, we were able to watch extreme sea sports and Symphony of the Sea performances as well as fireworks from our balcony every night! It was so awesome!!
The staff at Venice Hotel were very polite and helpful. We want to thank Hannah and Scarlett especially for going out of their way to help us with many of our queries and requests. We were also surprised to see the general manager, Ms Marissa, sitting at the reception area, quietly doing her work and observing and rendering help when the need arose.
We would highly recommend the Venice Hotel. But for those who are early sleepers and prefer quieter lodging, this place may not be for you as there are two pubs just across the hotel and you can hear the music till the wee morning of 2am-3am. We worked around this issue by wearing ear plugs!

Memorable trip.. customer service from Duty Manager to every staff member has been exceptional.. very appreciative and attentive to our every request

Really love this place, so amazing. The location, the check in progress, the service, the breakfast, the intown shuttle, the room decorations, everything just beyond our expectations. This is the last day we stay at Phu Quoc Island, according to hotel policy, we suppose can not be used the free service for cable car as we need to get back to the airport the day after. They are give us the free show ticket instead, just a WOW experience. We really enjoyed the multi-expirience art show "The kiss of the sea" and the fireworks show, it is the best memorial time of our family. All the staff just very nice, patient and really helpful, thanks so much....

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended. Beautiful captivating interiors, great location, friendly crews with top notch hospitality.
The hotel is located just by the beach front, so you get to witness the beautiful Kissing Bridge and the sunset in the evening. You can also watch the fireworks at night from you room. However, there's a construction happening right in front of the hotel but hopefully it won't block the view. Ohya, the breakfast was wonderful especially with the interior setup.
Thank you for the free cable car rides arrangement and also the ticket to Sun World Hon Thom Waterpark. We had a wonderful time riding on the world longest 3-wire cable car and taking numerous photos during the 16mins ride. Besides that, they also offer free buggy rides around Sunset Town and stop in between for us to take beautiful pictures of the landscape which comes more lively during sunset time.
Hotel crews are very friendly and helpful, and they speak good English 👍.
We had a wonderful stay though it's only 2 short nights, but we will definitely be back!
