Good location but out of date hotel
This hotel in located in the center of Phan Thiet and beach front so the location is perfect. My room just is facing the beach with a nice view overlooking the public park and public beach. The room is large but doest not function well. All are out of date except a large TV in the living room.
Staff are friendly and nice. I hesitate to come back to this hotel

Decent enough
Stayed for 2 nights there as part of a tour.
The room is spacious enough with good AC.
Bathroom is good with basic amenities and really soft towels.
It’s clean however I still found small ants crawling on my clothes which put me off a bit.
Breakfast was a buffet- if you just want to fill you up, it’s ok but it’s not to my taste. People pushing around like if all the food will be taken and they will starve!!!
It’s very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk to center.
It’s ok if you’re not fussy

Worse experience of any hotel in Vietnam
We were a family of 11 people. 8 adults and 3 children all under the age of 4.
Originally booked hotel for minimum of 3 nights and advised hotel reception we would possibly stay for longer if we enjoyed the city.
We were notified one hour before check out only after one night that our room had been sold to another group of vacationers without any valid reason other then that they were not sure of the exact duration of our stay.
What any good business or customer service should have done in the event they were unsure is contact us in our room to confirm. We at mutiple times came in and out of our hotel room and not a single staff member told us he room was only going to be available for one night!!!! Should they have told us from the get go that there was only a night available we would’ve have not stayed there.
Not only did we get kicked out but the lack of customer service was terribly rude and unapologetic. We had young children who were abruptly woken up from their naps to leave the hotel immediately.
If anyone is planning to have a relaxing and carefree stay DO NOT stay at this hotel. You will only be experiencing poor staff, uncleanly bathrooms and a business who does not value its guest.
Our family has been to Vietnam over 20 times and this particular hotel on 4 different occasions and have never experienced such disgust and disappointment.

Warning - Do Not Stay Here!
If you want a hotel that will kick you out an hour before check out time, this hotel is for you! We stayed here just yesterday and were told this morning we needed to vacate the room by noon, they called us at 11. They claimed to have sold the room already and too bad for us, we had to find some other place to stay simply because we had not confirmed how many nights we would be staying. Even though originally we said 3-4 nights for sure. The customer service manager (pictured on the right in the photo) did not apologize nor give a damn for putting us out when we had a family of 5 adults and 3 children. For $100 a night, the room itself also lacked appeal. The washrooms are tiny, mouldy and lack hot water. The walls are filthy and they peovise a hot water kettle that cannot be used as it would short circuit the entire room. I have never in my life experienced this level of horrible customer service from a hotel that claims to be 3 stars. Do not stay here, they don’t care about customer service, quality or comfort. Terrible!

Free breakfast.
Large rooms which are pretty clean.
Cons:
Horrible service. Front desk is rude to all foreigners. They are especially rude to South Vietnamese people.
The worker in the picture below is the most rude and lied to our faces about availability of rooms to make us pay for more expensive rooms. She booked our room to other guests without confirming with us if we were staying longer. Made us check out in an hour. We had a large family with 6 adults and 4 kids. Will never stay in this hotel and don't recommend it.
Bathrooms are tiny compared to rest of the country and slightly dirty with a musty smell.
Beds are hard.
