The best hostel experience yet!

I had the best stay here, the staff were so friendly and made it feel like a home from home. The ‘family dinners’ were a great way to socialise and so yummy! The facilities were so clean and beds so comfy. I’ll miss this place & especially Gon the cutest dog❤️ I couldn’t recommend enough!

Really unfriendly personnel

The view from the balcony was nice and I liked the family dinner, but that was it. The staff was really unfriendly. Upon arrival they immediately started making fun of other tours and started pushing to come on the hostel tour instead. The pushing attitude was not nice. Also they overbooked and put me in another type of room than I booked, without telling me or apologising. They made me pay the full amount for the room and I only saw later that I already paid a part with my card. They also cancelled my booking in hostelworld such that I couldn’t leave a review. Obviously it is a super cheap hostel, so I guess this is what you get for this money, but I really didn’t like the attitude and would’ve rather paid a little more for hostel with some more hospitality.

Highlight of the trip!

Absolutely beautiful place and filled with beautiful people. This place has such a good vibe and we felt so welcomed and cared for the entire time.
There is also a day trip you can sign up for that I highly recommend, it was truly the highlight of our trip to Vietnam!
So grateful to hannah and the team for making us feel so comfortable and at home,

Amazing hostel!

Such a welcoming, lovely hostel with a beautiful view and good vibes, staff remembered my and my friends’ names and checked in with us all and we really enjoyed our stay here, tours booked through hostel were excellent, such great value for money and lovely family dinners too that hostel put on at a very reasonable cost, thank you so much!!

Tigon is not just a hostel, it was a vibe.

Tigon is not just a place, it was a vibe indeed. My bed was in the attic upstairs, surprisingly the bit was very comfortable given the price I was paying for it. They provided a nice blanket and the pillow was very comfy as well. The staff were so nice, it basically felt like a family. The seating/dining area had the greatest of views. There was pool table at the bar area, every evening they organised tournaments after family dinner which was fun. All 3 nights I stayed, the hostel was packed with people so it was phenomenal vibe meeting and chatting with people from all over the world. The hostel dog Mon is a great dog. Overall my time there was priceless and it was hard to leave.
The food and drinks could've been a bit cheaper but
I'm not complaining!
