Excellent hotel with Friendly and efficient staff.

Stayed at this hotel after landing in Tampa and before travelling down Floridas west coast. The hotel was perfect. Staff at reception were friendly and engaging. Room clean and bed fantastic. Breakfast excellent. It is also situated in nice grounds. I wish I had stayed for longer and used it as a base instead of moving to downtown St P.

An imposition

The bed was an imposition and just disgusting. The sheet was full of yellow stains and piles of pubic hair. I pulled the bed off and put a blanket on it instead. Otherwise, the complex was very nice with Jaccuzi and views of a lake from the terrace. The bathroom was clean and the coffee machine stocked with enough coffee.

I was very saddened that the board walk was closed. Was looking forward to that.

Sergio saved the day!!! (Actually night!!!)

In town for a graduation and the hotel was absolutely perfect...beautiful facilities and rooms...but the best part was the staff...especially Sergio who helped us at 130 am with a lock out situation....he was so kind and patient!! Give that man a raise!!! We'll be back.. but we won't lock ourselves our next time!!

Very clean & quiet. Front desk staff were always courteous & helpful. Restaurant was excellent in their food & staff.
