The young man who checked me in was very busy but he was efficient friendly and helpful. I believe his name was Keneff

I stayed more than 20 days. The employees are attentive and very dedicated and made an effort to talk to me, even though I don't know English very well. I recommend it. Thank you for everything

Fantastic Customer Service

I am not a big review writer but I do stay in a lot of hotels for work. This was my first time staying at the Courtyard Thruway. The room was as expected. The hotel is clean. But the reason I chose to leave a review is because the staff is by far the most courteous, friendly and helpful I have come across in a very long time. It compares to some of those high end, very expensive boutique hotels. They were always great to interact with and were constantly asking how they could make my stay more comfortable.
Whoever runs the place should give their staff a raise. Well done. Marriott should duplicate their efforts at all their hotels.

the room was all expected nice and comfortable my only problem was the low water pressure in the shower and the temp in the shower was only warm not hot

Stayed here for a visit to University of Albany. Location cannot be beat - directly across from the school. Adjacent to a Dunkin' which is a huge bonus for me. Only downside is our room was right along Rt 90 - so lots of auto noise.
