Excellent Experience

Stayed here in March for a family wedding. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It made visiting with family and friends easy. Our room was modern and updated and very clean. The staff were very helpful we would definitely stay here again

They bathroom wasnt to clean and the restroom had white stuff on the door and fridge was broken and tape on wall.

The lumpiest bed ever. It was extremely soft, which we could deal with, but it was like the mattress was shredded and sheets put over it.

Clean, comfortable beds, less than advertised in room amenities

Nice, clean, nicely decorated and well maintained, comfortable bed, fair location with necessaries close by. Not a lot in terms of restaurants nearby that we saw. Some staff were very friendly. There was no safe as stated on site in the suite we rented and there was also no closet but instead a metal rack type unit that would only hold standard shirt length clothing. Only one towel and washcloth per guest was provided. The a/c did not operate in the suite as we wished it would but we were comfortable. It was much cooler in the living areas of the suite than the bedroom. I would recommend taking plenty of charging ports and cords for any electronic devices as we only had one accessible charging port for an I phone. I would also recommend bringing a fan or purchasing one prior to getting to the hotel secondary to the cooling in the bedroom. I would also recommend perhaps trying to call for special requests of any sort because none of ours were followed through with and we would have had to change rooms. Do not count on apps working for viewing shows or movies as the only one we were able to get to connect to, although it named numerous, was Netflix and it malfunctioned regularly. Also, if you don't know your e mail password you cannot use the computers in the business area. There is a very nice sitting area well outfitted outside also well maintained.

Everything was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very easy access to everything.
