Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation and the person whose name is on the credit card must be present at the time of check-in. A valid government-issued ID of the same person will be required to complete the check-in process. A credit card must be presented at check-in for incidentals. Please note that packages delivered to the hotel and accepted on behalf of guests are subject to fees collected prior to guest retrieval.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
