Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort in a Perfect Location

The hotel is amazing, and the staff definitely makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Cyndy is truly the best; she is incredibly nice and polite, and her efficiency and proactive approach not only made us feel right at home but also ensured that all our needs were met. The hotel has a great location, near Central Park and the subway station. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. We also loved the bakery and Allure, the hotel restaurant!

I could hear every breath and sigh in the hallway from the room. Im glad I brought my own earplugs otherwise it would’ve been unbearable. It would have been an excellent stay otherwise.

Clean, comfortable, coupons for Continental breakfast. Room smaller than the chain hotels but big enough. Good lighting.

The staff was fantastic and friendly; no complaints there. However, the room was definitely not what the hotel has online and it was deceiving. Small, tiny bathroom, room was substandard. Staff was great but not a place worth spending $1k for two days.

Wonderful visit

Wonderful stay! Diamond at the front desk and Edward the Bell hop were wonderful. The French Bakery breakfast included in our stay was amazing. The bed, pillows and room were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will plan on recommending to friends traveling.
