Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Self-parking is available at a rate of $40 per night for standard sized vehicles and $65 per night for over-sized vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time. Please note that the Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only and can sleep a maximum of 2 guests. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply. Our Mandatory facility fee of $30 plus taxes ($34.43 with tax) per room, per night will entitle you/your guest/to the following: · Prosecco Hour - daily in the hotel lobby from 3-4pm, Digital New York Times, TMPL Gym Access, bottled water daily (available at the front desk), 10% off Guggenheim Museum tickets, 15% off Central Park Bike Tours

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in.
