Not so great, the staff was friendly but overall the hotel was not clean. It appeared that they just "renovated" but everything was just painted over. The tub was painted, the grout was painted the walls were painted and not well. It looked like the worst DIY ever. The walls were so thin I kept hearing the persons phone vibrating in the room next to me and I thought it was mine. The beds were very hard but the pillows were good. It was just overall run down and not cleaned well at all. The rooms were humid and the smell of Fabulosa was so strong it gave me a headache but yet nothing was really clean. Garbage all over the parking lot and the people hanging around outside made me nervous.

This place was absolutely terrible mold and mildew smell. Refrigerator was leaking. Water construction was going on no safety ropes no yellow tape to mark off. Dumpster was overflowing trash was everywhere Property inside the owner, which I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name nor do I care was absolutely horrible. Had issues with the room told me to go tell dhec so that’s what I’m gonna go do. Food section was not clean and properly maintained. There was one young lady there that was extremely nice. It was a black lady. She tried to defend them, but there’s no point of trying to fit him told him I didn’t expect to get my entire amount back, but I didn’t expect to get half of it back. He told me no he owes me my deposit. I don’t see that being added back to my account yet either Will be contacting Dhec and will be getting in touch with the property district manager of the area. Do not stay at this property if I was hotels.com. I would take this location off my website.

The hotel was fine but a little dated. The bathroom had some upgrades but needed cleaning. The room is very moist and smelled of mold.

AC in room wasn't working so made room hot, smelly and uncomfortable for sleeping. Wasn't aware I could have mentioned this to front desk and gotten moved until it was time to leave. Very disappointing. Would definitely love to have been accommodated for a 2 night stay back in my hometown free of charge for the inconvenience. Hope someone looks into this and comply

Horrible!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This hotel was disgusting! It smelled like mold. I had an asthma attack because of it. The manager said there were no animals in the room, but the bathroom smelled overwhelmingly like cat pee. I checked out after less than 12 hours and paid for other accommodations, and the manager said they would refund the remaining 6 days, but he told the booking agency he would not.
