Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel Royal of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property does not have elevators. All floors are accessible by stairs only. There are no laundry machines on property. Guests may check in until 21:00. Guests arriving later may check in via detailed self check in instructions. This is a smoke free property and all rooms are nonsmoking. If a guest smokes in the room the guest will be charged a fee. You will need to provide a credit for payment. Hotel Royal will charge the credit card on file for the entire cost of the reservation at the time of booking. There are service fees of 2.9% when the guest use card to pay for booking.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
