I didn’t know it was that type of hotel, I’ve stayed at extended stay apt/ style hotels and this one did not meet my expectations. Although the hotel was very clean on the outside and outside of the rooms, the rooms were pretty bad. Modern, yet filfthy. A roach fell from the ceiling onto my hair curler. It was plenty of other roaches too. You have to pay for towels which I was never informed of in the beginning or I would’ve utilized the first set of towels they gave me, they don’t clean the room but offer brooms and dustpans but no other cleaning products.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like cigarettes when I first walked in and I thought it was supposed to be no smoking in the room. Employees need to make sure nobody is smoking in their rooms.

The Manager Makes the guest and staff feel uncomortable. The hotel is fine, needs small improvements

Fraud !! Don’t book here I arrived to lobby closed and no body to help check in . They over book there rooms . Do not book here they scam you .
