Pristine property/perfect for those traveling with athletes

This is an older property, however it was extremely clean and the employees, from the front desk to housekeeping were exceedingly professional. I was in town with my teenage daughter for a swim meet. It was just the two of us but I really appreciated the 2 bedroom 2 bath option with kitchen. We were able to cook some, but were also super close to shopping and dining options. I would highly recommend to families or teams traveling with athletes. Because the property is so well maintained and so clean, the space of the rooms makes up for the age of the property.

Walls are thin and you can hear next door couple up all night. Probably picked a wrong night too people outside talking until 1 in the morning.

Flee bag hotel

This is by far once of the most run down, poorly maintained hotels I have ever been. While the staff was friendly, it did not make up for the condition of the hotel.
1. Holes in black out curtain
2. Stains on couches, sheets, shower curtain
3. Loose outlets
4. Dirty stained tub
5. Missing curtain
6. Dirty doors with either blood or ketchup
7. Torn up baseboards
8. Bathroom light bulb out
9. Broken shampoo container that fell off
10. Holes in sheets
11. One elevator was broken leaving only one other elevator operational
We needed an extended stay during our kitchen repairs. We will be looking to stay elsewhere.

I have stayed at this property twice and I like it because they have two- bedroom suites.
Note this one problem: the maids not only knocked on my door, woke me up, but I also found them in my room before 9am. Make sure you bolt the door from the inside and tell them to not wake you up with maid service.

Needs TLC

Residence Inn hotels are normally clean and in good shape. However, this location seems to need a little TLC. Here are a few items in my room that needs attention: 1) Grungy shower curtain. 2) Holes in window black-out curtains. 3) Office/desk chair had areas that were clearly cut to remove worn material, but it looked awful; they should replace the chair. 4) Dirty bar/counter stools. My room number was 318. I’ve stayed at many Residence Inns; this one was the worst one of the all.
