Great Stay with Excellent Service!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a cozy bed and all the needed amenities. The location was great, close to restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would come back again!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels were extremely thin and had stains. Toilet seat was broken. A bag was stuffed in a hole in the ceiling. Washer and dryer were so disgusting I would not use.

Nice sunset view

A beautiful sunset view from hotel window. Easy access to elevator to our room. The room was clean,beds were very comfortable.breakfast is ok. Staff was excellent , very helpful and the best I have seen in awhile. I will be coming back!!!!!!

"Great Stay for a Quick Visit with a Beautiful View"

I came across several reviews describing how terrible this place was, but decided to give it a try since some reviews were positive, and I had a funeral to attend out of state. Upon arrival, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious! This hotel is great for a one or two-night stay. It's ideal for a quick stop, and from the fourth floor, you can enjoy a view of Mobile Bay.

Most terrible place I stayed
First room I got, sheets of the bed not changed, there was a skid mark (see photo)
I asked to change and they did
The second one still had hair in the tub and coffee stain on the floor (photo)
The TV was not working because of the weather, yes still with dish satellite in 2024
