Perfect Stay for a Family of Four

Easy check-in/check-out, quiet, GREAT view, clean, easy access to attractions and restaurants; comfortable stay perfect for our family of four. There was enough room for us to all spread out and even in January, the balcony was the star of the show.

PERFECT in every way!

The view from the apartment was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, the location for food, shopping and attractions was perfect! We felt so safe and relaxed! We were able to cook breakfast on site and eat out for meals at other meals. We even made dinner in the apartment a couple nights with everything we needed to cook in! It was PERFECT!

Ready for return

Awesome place, great location close to food, shopping, everything you need for unbelievable stay. Full kitchen, Washer and dryer, like I never left home. Easy walk to various establishments and venues. Walk to the river is only 10-15 min. Riverfront from here walking is awesome. So much to see and do.

Comfortable Stay in River North

Very comfortable and clean apartment accommodation in the heart of River North. Safe, clean area that is conveniently located nearby all of the main Chicago attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having the washer/dryer and dishwasher were an added bonus. Accessing the building was a breeze; Kasa provided very clear and concise directions for checking into the apartment. The building itself is clean, well-kept, safe, and quiet. Heating worked well, which was important since temperatures were in the single digits and even negative during our stay. Water pressure was fantastic and hot water was abundant and pretty instant. Beds were comfortable with warm blankets provided. The apartment didn’t have a frying pan, which I told Kasa. They immediately rectified the issue and delivered two pans to our room. Their customer support is extremely communicative and answers instantly. I highly recommend Kasa properties.
On another note (doesn’t have to do with Kasa, has to do with the parking connected to the building), parking is VERY expensive ($51 for 12 or more hours in the connected garage). You have to pay for the parking every time you leave the garage, and if you’re in and out each day, it really adds up. Using SpotHero didn’t really work for us since we couldn’t always predict our exact time of entrance and exit. However, their parking rates for the garage are a bit cheaper if you book it on their app. In any event, the parking garage is conveniently connected to the building and parking is abundant. Just pricey.

Great location, comfortable, would have opted for a traditional hotel with routine service had I known it was not offered.
