Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel given some of the reviews. The room was clean and updated. It was equipped with a refrigerator and coffee pod machine. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water to shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. No water was provided in the room but there is a water dispenser in the lobby to refill a water bottle (they should mention this at check-in). All the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. My only complaint about the room is that the shower could have more water pressure, but it was sufficient for a shower. They do seem to take guest comfort seriously as I overhead a conversation about a guest who had been asked to leave because they were disturbing other guests.
The hotel is located on the east side of the airport and they provide shuttle service. There was some traffic noise but we were not disturbed by the planes. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as several others within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
I would happily book this hotel again.

We were impressed with the frequency of shuttles to and from the airport. After travelling all day we phoned the hotel as soon as we collected our bags. We went to the pick-up area and found their shuttle waiting for us. We booked ourselves on the 7am shuttle but were very impressed that they provided a shuttle every 15 minutes.

The stay was okay, but in the bathroom there was cold air running all night. I had to put a tow over it to prevent from freezing. Besides that, it was okay, nice. The room

Checked in late following a day long air trip …. Room had a strong chemical odor (new flooring I would suspect) , there was no place to plug in phones to charge, lamps were turned all around, some unplugged, others missing bulbs, bathroom door would not stay shut, missing molding around the room, curtains dirty and ripped.

Room was terrible. Cheapest Furnishings landfill..mattress was the worst. Disgusting overall experience. Should ve condemned.
