Another great stay at SureStay! Check in went smoothly. They accommodated me with a ground floor room. Room very clean and quiet. Surrounding area was nice. No traffic or highway noise. Great place to stay when traveling with a pet because there is a large area of grass to walk your dog. I always stay at this hotel when traveling north or south on I-65.

Best Western should be ashamed of this location. Shut it down.

Thought I could count on a Best Western franchise for 1 night short stay. Boy, was I wrong. This place is filthy. The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in and I regret not leaving immediately, but I was exhausted.
Before the door to my room was even opened I should have known because it was filthy and barely working. The carpets were covered in stains, the air-conditioner stunk to high heaven. The bathroom sink was falling apart, a big bug on floor I had to kill.
Then morning comes, thought I could take a quick shower and be safe (after sleeping fully clothed on top of bed) but no. Not even the tub was decent I had murky water up above my ankles. (see photos) Got out as quickly as I could and thought maybe I could grab something for the long drive ahead of me at the "breakfast".
Oh brother, that was a horrifying as the room. Rotten fruit, nothing even slightly appealing to eat. Mostly empty with teeny muffins that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. It is not a breakfast. Honestly, shame on me for thinking Best Western would make affordable a decent place to stay. Don't go as a solo female to his place. Sketchy people everywhere as soon as darkness hits.
I couldn't get out fast enough. Receptionist vaping as she took me to my room to get the door open. Do something Best Western!

Security warning

This review is just to warm women traveling alone. Michael Keown an employee that works from 10 pm until 6am
Punched Jennifer the front desk staff from behind in the jaw what I refer to as a sucker punch. He walks around the property with his dog not on a leash. He also lives on the property in 137. Surestay has had several issues with him in the past. The police were called and a police report was generated but he had fled the property at the time. I have two sisters and I’m always concerned when they travel alone.

Tv remote control was stuck on off and on. No changing of channels.
Bathroom tub was leaking water.

The property was clean the beds are comfy and our dogs enjoyed the large field across from the parking lot. Definitely staying here again.
