Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Public parking facilities available less than 1 block from hotel for guests choosing not to valet park. Pricing & availability is subject to independent facilities and hotel is not affiliated with any parking garage or lot. Hotel accepts cash payment for room and taxes only. All incidentals/additional deposit hold must be on a major credit or debit card. Pets are allowed for an additional pet fee per stay and limited floors. For stays from 1-6 nights, the rate is $49 USD and for 7 nights and longer, the rate is $99 USD. This fee includes up to 2 pets with 80 lbs. limit.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
