The property is clean, well maintained. For small town west Texas it has great water pressure , cold AC and is clean.

Bugs, rust, plaster falling down. I took 1 look in the room and immediately asked for a different room. He showed me another room and it was the same way. The furniture was stained. Bedding was gross and had stains. We didnt even chance staying there for 5 minutes.

Basic road warrior stoo

We stayed here on a cross country motorcycle trip. It is a very old tourist court style facility with carports between the rooms. It has been fairly well maintained but is rough around the edges. It is located on the main highway right in the center of the old downtown area. There are several restaurants within walking distance. It does meet the very basic road warrior criteria...reasonably clean room, cold A/C, comfortable beds, hot shower. Located next to the train tracks. No breakfast, no ice, no laundry.
