Best place to stay in Southampton!!!

Simmi our host at breakfast, was super helpful and kind. Staying here is the best decision we made. With the mall across the street from the hotel. This hotel is conveniently located in the front of the cruise ship terminal. Thanks to Jose our check-in officer. José was very friendly, genuine and generous when we walked in the door. We got a room with the view of the sunset over the water. He even drew a smiley picture on our keycard envelope ; )
We appreciate everything this hotel had provided to us. I do hope that everyone that travel through here give them a simple thank you and lots of smiles.

Great as usual

Absolutely love the customer service at this restaurant and this time I am served by Simmi. As usual I have a friendly welcome and a quiet atmosphere to enjoy my breakfast therefore whenever I have a day off and want to have a relaxed morning this is the place to go for me. Thanks Simmi again for making it such a pleasant morning!

The place is a dump. It’s a classic bait and switch. The pictures on their web site are nothing like the hotel. The place is completely under renovation. Our cab driver went around the block 3 times before we found the entrance. The restaurant was terrible.

All the Staff brilliant hotel bedrooms fantastic

Staff exceptional especially Anna in reception and Simmi in restaurant. All the staff go beyond to make your stay welcoming. My grandson was with me and he is 10 years old was very impressed with children’s meal good size portion for a 10 year old. At first he said he wanted an adult menu as he thought it would be very small but he was impressed.
The hotel is under going a renovation so look beyond the building work. Rooms have been done out and are the best in southampton.
A stay is a must 8n the words of a 10 year old Nana this hotel is special the people are so nice and I never want to leave when are we coming back.

The reception staff were kind and treated us well. Simmi and Anjan were pleasant and helpful. Greatly Appreciated.

At the end of a 30 day vacation the last stop in England was the Southampton Holiday Inn. We were greeted by a pleasant reception team. We arrived early and had the opportunity to have a delicious meal and meet Simmi and Anjan. Appreciated. Thanks
