Great experience from start to finish.

An absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. At check in, the member of staff on the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel foyer was inviting, clean and contemporary. We had a room with a riverside view which was functional and comfortable. We had the half board option so ate in Gino’s on the evening and again the staff were amazing and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Myself and my husband enjoyed three courses, each of which were delicious and couldn’t be faulted. We followed with drinks in the bar which had a great atmosphere and was very inviting. The following morning we had a buffet style breakfast with a good variety of foods on offer and fresh eggs cooked your way upon request. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to others. We will definitely be back!

5* Newcastle Stay!

What a lovely modern hotel in Newcastle
Such polite staff on reception and in the restaurant/bar. So friendly and really made us feel welcome. We stayed one night as we were visiting Northumbria Uni. 10-15 minutes to city centre and about 25 mins walk to the Universities.
Rooms very clean and modern. We have the Melia rewards and would recommend signing up! Fantastic hotels and look forward to staying again.

Lovely hotel and staff

Had an amazing stay in February for my husbands birthday, was greeted by such a lovely young man called Josh on the front of house who couldn’t do enough for us, very pleasant and helped us get parked, hotel was beautiful, rooms are very spacious, would recommend and would stay again

Very new hotel with super comfortable beds our studio was spacious had magnificent views down to the Tyne bridge. Excellent soundproofing allowed three great night’s sleep.

Amazing hotel experience

I’ve worked in Newcastle for over 2 years but amazingly only stayed there this week for a night as I couldn’t get my usual hotel or airbnb. Everything was superb, from friendly efficient check in to the room.
I had a river view. The room was spacious with great views of the Tyne Bridge and river. The bed was enormous and so comfy. Free WiFi, coffee maker etc. the rooms are so quiet with superb blackout curtains. Didn’t hear a noise all night.
I also left my toiletry bag there and when I phoned, the cleaners had handed it in, so went back to collect. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just amazing
