We found the room very clean . Great location for the Bridgwater hall . Staff very helpful couldn’t fault it really. Lovely smell in the foyer in entering the hotel too.

Perfect location for the theatre. Hotel was really nice. Ate in the restaurant. A little disappointing due to lack of GF food finished up having to order 3 times as they took an order then afterwards they advised they had run out. Eventually food arrived and was really nice.

Lovely hotel, very clean and close to the coop arena

Cannot fault it. Stayed last night for Teddy Swims at the coop arena. 2 tram stops from the arena and tram is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Stayed in room 1207. Absolutely spotless. Breakfast was fab too. All staff friendly and helpful. We will be returning

Great stay yet again.

Welcomed at reception by Megan & Wayne (Mr Reliable) with a happy & efficient handling of our booking. The room was spotless (as is the rest of the hotel) & comfortable, but the bathroom would be better modernized with a walk in shower, that's just a personal feeling. The food we had was great at breakfast with a variable choice, had a meal on one evening & it was really enjoyable food wise & service. Location ideal whether arriving from Deansgate or Oxford Road rail station, close to multiple restaurants, bars & the Arndale a little bit further away. Would highly recommend & will definitely be visiting again.

An ok hotel in a great location.

The room was clean but could perhaps need updating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very warm but there was enough choice. The eggs could have been all on one side for the vegetarians, not next to the meat products (most veggie stuff was all on one side).
We last stayed in this hotel when it was a Jury’s Inn and it did not have the same feeling of quality as it once did sadly. That said, it’s a great location for all of the city centre really. The Q car park is only 5 mins walk away too and easy enough to find on sat nav.
