Wow….fantastic location…a real gem!

I would definitely stay here again. Just a minute walk from Stratford International, DLR & Westfield; we received a very warm welcome from reception. Room was incredibly spacious, amazingly equipped, secure & clean. Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, coffee machine all provided and a luggage room available after check out which was handy. Considering the hotel is so close to Westfield shopping centre, there was no noise to disturb what was a very peaceful sleep. A very handy Sainsbury’s a 1 minute walk past the hotel to gather a late night snack. Wish our stay was longer and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We hope to return.

Really lovely trip here. Location is great, has many underground lines here, and has a super large mall just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff are great as well and friendly!
Only concern was that there is only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer in the laundry room, and 1 washing machine was spoilt during my stay.

Always friendly ,clean and meets our needs. Brilliant location and facilities. Close to Stratford station. Peaceful and quiet nights sleep but they really do need to provide 2 pillows !!! The one pillow was as flat as a pancake too !

The kitchen could do with a few more cooking items. Staff were really friendly and was able to store our bags whilst we went shopping before we were allowed to check in at 3

give this one a miss

i have come to work here for 6 weeks the tv is something like the 70`s never have i stayed in a hotel for so long with such limited channels when you book for long stays you want home comforts and this hotel lacks the lot would i book again never and the price is not special
