spacious room 105

Got allocated room 105 first floor, small family room so there were bed spaces for 4 ppl but were were only a couple, therefore very spacious and plenty of towels.

Uncomfortable and noisy room

Beds were uncomfortable.
A lot of very early morning noise starting around 6:30am from the bins to construction work.
Strong smell of stale urine in the bathroom

Great location, WiFi costs extra

The family room was small and basic, but the location is brilliant and you get what you pay for. Was a bit surprised that wifi cost extra, but no complaints otherwise. The double bed wasn't the most comfortable we've ever had, but the secondary glazing shuts all the noise out

Many issues

There were many issues with this hotel booking. Not enough beds made up, not enough towels. I booked a buffet breakfast and late check out online, but there was no warning that this hotel did not offer a buffet breakfast. The hotel seemed unaware of our late check out as our key cars did not work after regular check out time, and our room was being turned over.

Great location, refurbished rooms, minor issues

Great location in easy walking distance to: bars restaurants shops trams buses castle. Newly refurbished rooms but came with a minor issue in that the bathroom sink was blocked and slow to drain away. Reported issue but took two days to fix and by then we were going home! Emailed travelodge direct and was offered 10% discount paid to my bank account within 24hours. The other thing for travellers to consider is that rooms overlooking the back alley will hear noise from the bars and restaurants emptying their glass bottles and rubbish at all times of day/night and staff smoking & talking. The refuse collectors came at 4:30am. We stayed in room 415 for reference.
