Great Spa Break.

Went for the Sunday Slumber package and had the best time! Great therapists, really good food and the friendliest most helpful staff throughout the hotel. The facilities in the spa were better than most we’ve visited and having a pool big enough to properly swim in as well as full access throughout our stay was really appreciated.

AVOID THE RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

ADVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!!!
I booked the towers restaurant for my daughters 1st birthday over a week in advance as there was 26 of us we was sent the menu and asked to put a pre order in for food which I did a week before! We turned up yesterday and all was fine until food came out!! Hot food was dropped all over my auntie by a waiter he then just walked away without an apology and gave her a stinking look!! My “fillet” steak came out that was meant to be medium rare was actually well done I sent it back to then be brought a steak that was definitely not a fillet like I had ordered the waiter that took my steak away then tutted at me so I cancelled my order and so did one of our family members as she couldn’t get her fork into her lamb it was so over cooked! My mother had the beef curry with a side of chips her curry came out then 20 minutes later the chips came out she couldn’t even finish her curry as it was absolutely disgusting she has been up all night being sick because of this!! They completely ruined my daughter’s first birthday for me and my partner the service we had received was absolutely appalling the waiters and manager were unsympathetic they literally didn’t care!! We are absolutely devastated by this!! I will be ringing trading standards as 3 people of my family had the same thing and have been really Ill off the food!

Fantastic stay, highly recommend

Had a fantastic stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing and service was really quick. The room was spacious and the air con was a god send and the bed was lovely and comfy. The only fault we could think of was the showers didn't work in the pool area and the steam room and sauna wasn't hot enough. Loved it so much, we have already booked our next stay. Would definitely recommend.

Overhyped hotel

This is meant to be one of the better hotels in the area very disappointed. Fine checking, room spacious. “ The Towers Spa facility provides a sophisticated and relaxing retreat” is how the website describes it, complete opposite. Pay extra for the robe and slippers , no staff there at all and it felt like you local swimming pool very loud. The steam room had stains all over the seats. Had a meal in evening starters were good but the mains nothing special a glorified pub meal. Stayed above the spa and was a humming noise from outside all night and the air con sound like my tumble dryer lucky it wasn’t to cold. Breakfast felt like going back into Covid time, lots of staff some very rude. Only tea and coffe available latte etc extra. Ketchup in a gray bowl with spoons , and no spoons for sugar just wooden sticks. The room was very basic , kettle dirty, again no spoons just wooden sticks, shower basic, plugs only one side of bed And lots of dust. Definitely wont be back

Lovely stay. Really friendly and excellent staff. Great location if you don’t want to be in the city centre. Plenty of parking available. Excellent food and great choice for breakfast and evening meals.
