Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All room guest are required to be present upon check-in and need to submit their original ID (original passport or emirates ID) A deposit is required upon check-in to cover extras consumed during the stay. Please note that this is a dry hotel (nonalcoholic). Please note that visitors are not allowed in hotel rooms. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guest will require to show the credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be a room guest for verification purposes. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
