You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Check In Information: Guests, including children, are required to present valid original identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/ UAE National ID card. Credit Card Information: Please note that you will have to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check in at the hotel. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. In case you fail to present the credit card used in booking upon arrival, a refund will be processed on the previous charge and you will have to pay for your stay either cash or with any other debit or credit card, which is physically present. At no given cases will the hotel be responsible for any difference on exchange rates or charges due to the refund. Refunds shall be processed as per normal procedure. Children aged 12 years old and above are considered adults at this property. Kindly note that the hotel has an iftar buffet and offers in-room suhour during the holy month of Ramadan.
