Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Royal Rose Abu Dhabi, a Curio Collection by Hilton Affiliated Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Guests are required to show a valid and original photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

A municipal room fee will be charged per room per night during the stay. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel.
