Excellent room, Brilliant Staff, Private, centrally located.
The staff was brilliant, most speaking 4-6 languages and very helpful about ongoing events in the city.
There was a private driveway with parking. We were traveling with small children and I appreciated the privacy while loading and unloading.
Very walkable with restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy within in a block.
Centrally located, most places were a $5 uber away.

Comfortable, very clean and quiet hotel in city center
The only thing that could be improved is breakfast, witch is poor and not varied. Poor selection of cold cuts and cheese. There are a few items that are more suitable for dinner than for breakfast. Oh, such a local tradition.

Excellent budget hotel
The staff were very helpful and I experienced no problems at all.
The only constructive point would be about being able to hear your neighbors - only a bit.
Otherwise, excellent!

Excellent
The entire staff was more than helpful to see my stay more pleasant. The food and service for breakfast was great and the room service prompt . I recommend this hotel for any trip to kiev .

We do strive consistently to provide every guest with a top notch experience and are very disappointed to read that we didn't manage to meet all your expectations.
We have taken your remarks into consideration. They will be presented and discussed during he following management meeting.
However, I would like to take the time and explain the discomfort you felt when we asked to see your credit card.
Under no circumstance do we accuse our guests of stealing credit cards.
There are strict rules in Europe about online payments for Hotels. These rules are made to protect our guests and not accuse them of illegal actions.
In all reservation confirmations it specifically says: "Please be sure to present the credit card you used to secure the booking during check-in process".
After reading the above, we do hope you'll reconsider and give us the chance to welcome you back.
