My last experience was terrible,
I received unkind treatment from one of the hotel workers, who later turned out to be the manager. Reception workers are usually chosen on the basis of morals and cheerfulness and superviser should provide solutions not complications and rude behaviors.

They were looking for something in the hotel, both bags were found without the intact money, of course (((the hotel returned us 1000 dollars
