The worst experience of staying in a hotel

The worst experience of staying in a hotel, it is nothing like the photos on the website, the rooms are very small without ventilation and air conditioning , there is no room for even one piece of luggage, we were very annoyed, we had made a reservation and the payment was made a week before, but They talked to us and argued that you didn't pay and you have to pay again, until finally we called the police and we were able to stay. The hotel is so small that it does not have a reception counter, and there is a laptop in the kitchen where they take food orders and check-in and check-out are done!!! You don't have peace in the hotel, at 2:30 in the morning there is loud laughter and people talking outside the window and we couldn't sleep. I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all, it is very bad.

Customer satisfaction is zero

We’ll never go again because of the employees who are showing up senseless behavior. Because we have a lot of people, they never accepted when we requested a combination table. Their point of understanding was zero. We didn’t try to stretch too hard in this capacity. Customer satisfaction is zero. The beautifully landscaped place has been devastated by the employees. Some more understanding employees can be brought in.

Disaster

The hotel disaster where we had to stay for 2 days because we had made a reservation beforehand... Although the staff was friendly and helpful, there is only a bed and a nightstand in the hotel room, they hung hangers on the wall instead of a closet, they mounted a 2-layer shelf to put towels on the wall, from the end of the bed. You can't pass without bending and twisting while passing, I take my shoulder out and hit it so many times. If you call it the bathroom, it's a long, thin section of 1.5 square metres. The entrance is to a shower, then the toilet, they put the sink at the end, you can't approach the sink from the toilet, you can't turn from right to left, when you open the window, there's the smell of food downstairs in the room, not to mention the music of the bar. It has a beautiful garden, the location is good, other than that it is mediocre

Accommodation services suck

The young people working in the restaurant and bards are very friendly, but the hotel section and the rooms have many shortcomings, I would not recommend you to stay in the rooms close to the bar section, especially the bathroom is smaller at one square meter... I would not recommend you to stay.

A hotel that doesn't know whether to be a late music bar or a hotel

Very disappointing. Ridiculously small rooms, and even smaller, shabby bathrooms - do NOT part with any money until you've seen the room. In particular, avoid the double room near the reception - it's noisy until 1am EVERY night. Yes, the garden area is really nice, and the food is fine, but this place is definitely more interested in being a late night music bar for locals wanting to drink alcohol than it is in being a hotel. As for 'wifi in all parts of the building' - no, there definitely isn't. Worse wifi of any place we stayed in two weeks around Turkey - erratic at best. In short, a long way from being any sort of 'boutique' experience...
