Hotel conditions is quite old but they tried to keep the cleanliness well. My sink was stuck.
Overall i’m happy with my stay with the cost paid. Hotel breakfast was basic but can’t demand for more.
Thanks to the receptionist lady, she allow for 30mins extension on check-out.

As good as it gets…this hotel does not fail to impress when you least expect. Miss Jane as bubbly and helpful as always even though we were there during Songkran Festival time where i had a small hiccup with the TV set n towels but it was dealt with promptly.appreciate the staff helpfulness n cheery services. Breakfast always a gem and this hotel ticks in every part on servitude.Will definitely repeat thank you. 🤗

i have stayed here during the songkran event. Venue is close to Dannok water festival. 
walking direction to nearest shops. I stayed in room 538, encounter the aircond is too loud. Reported the issue to receptionist, but no action been taken. No concierge available after 5pm. The hotel lobby look so haunted and not well organised. all stocks everywhere. 
Breakfast is inclusive, but not much option and taste not so good.

It’s sufficient if you’re booking just for 1 night. Took the bus and got dropped off at the immigration border of Malaysia. It’s about another 5-10 mins from there by Tuk Tuk. Basic hotel. No amenities so highly advisable to bring your own or buy at the convenience store nearby.
Hotel staff service is subpar but location is pretty strategic with the rest.
One commendable point about the room is it’s spacious.
