The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The balcony and its views are the best feature of the room. The roof top garden also has great views and a charming atmosphere. Breakfast was ok; their ‘eggs Benedict tom yum’ was amazing. Very polite staff. I’d gladly stay here again

With great convenience...

Very beautiful. high comfort, well-situated, spotlessly clean hotel. Thank you so much for Maimoon Hn’s attention and laughter at the front desk!️
All the employees were very helpful.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very good ventilation throughout the hotel. AC works very efficiently everywhere. 5 -10 min walk is close to anywhere. It’s also good to be clear of noise. The bit hotel I’d definitely stay in considering returning

Hotel in prime city location with excellent customer service

It was my family’s first time staying at this hotel which is strategically located in the heart of Phuket city and it has been a memorable stay. As an Accor Diamond Partner Privilege, we received a warm welcome from GM Paul Smith who is really friendly and ensured that we are well looked after during our 3 nights stay. Apple the receptionist was so kind to my children and we appreciate her kind help. We love the spacious Executive Suite which provided ample space for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Hotel Suite was clean, the huge bathroom had nice views through the glass windows, and even a sit down dressing table was a nice feature. The welcome amenities which include a donuts, chocolate, cake pops platter etc. in our room were perfect and our kids were delighted to receive small toys elephant keychains, mining sand toy etc. The newly open kids area is such a nice addition to cater to families with young kids like us. We love the delicious hotel buffet breakfast which had a large variety of dishes and appreciate that they rotate different dishes daily. Jack the manager and chef Josh provided excellent service whenever we dined at breakfast and ensured we get our nice ice mocha with ice cream on top. We also tried dinner at the Estrela rooftop bar and restaurant and Jojo provided customer service. Overall we are very impressed and had a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again!

Walking distance to Phuket old town. Food at nearby night market is delicious.

Room have great views over the city. The sound insulation in the room was not so good. Overall a decent stay though
Breakfast buffet was decent and coffee was pretty aromatic.
