In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. -For security purposes, guests are required to present the original credit card used for payment upon check-in. In the event that you are unable to present the original credit card, the hotel reserves the right to charge your available credit card again or another payment method provided at check-in. Any prior payments made will be refunded to the original credit card details with a deduction of 5% for credit card fees. -Please note that in cases of missing or damaged items, such as furniture, electronics, stained linens or towels, resulting from guest’s actions.
