NICE HOTEL IN HEART OF CITY Exceptional service & excelent bf buffet

Nice food good ambience staff is very cooperative... rooms are spacipus & washrooms are neat & clean. It has small Gym also & have facility of Spa as well.... on the whole it was excelent hotel in heart of city........

I 100% recommend it

I been there for 1 night only ( unfortunately) with my friend after few days safari..and i had very good time.. Perfect location..delicious food and friendly and helpful staff ..because of my birthday i got an room upgrade with an amazing view and very delicious chocolate & strawberry cake along with nice decoration with red flowers in the room … you all make my birthday special and memorable .. many thanks for all of you

Excellent and overwhelmed with the Service at Venus hotel...

I stated in hotel from Feb 13th to 15th, 2025. Being an Indian expat, I prefer Indian Cuisine so I choose Venus. This is the best hotel which I have seen in Arusha having excellent Indian foods and also continental. I feel I should mention these Managers Mr.Sarhish and Mr.Mani both were very much welcoming and ensured at each moment inside the hotel the guest feel comfortable. I have stayed in many hotels being in business, but here starting from Bellboy, receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant staffs all were well trained to attend the guest well with smiling face, Which I have never seen in anyother hotel.
I wish everytime when I travel to Arusha, my preference for staying will be Venus hotel.

Very satisfying experience.

The hotel is good, located not far away from business centre. The property is kept clean, staff courteous, food was good. There was no need to inform them to clean the rooms and it was done promptly. The room service was also excellent. Overall Good experience
