The location of hotel is great.
There is bus stop in front of the hotel, where can catch the bus to train station easily.

Good hotel at best location

The hotel is located right in the main street of Interlaken and there is a bus stop very next to the hotel. The best thing of the hotel is its location and the worst thing is the dealing of the kitchen staff. The person at the reception was good. The breakfast spread has some vegetarian options but surprisingly the breakfast remains the same daily, we stayed there for four nights but not a single item was changed in the breakfast. During checkin, they ask you to sign a document which says that you have to pay 500 franks fine if the bathroom floor is made wet by you which was disgusting. The beds were two soft and we requested them to provide hard mattress but they refused. They give two mineral water bottles per day free but tap water is also drinkable in Switzerland so no need to buy water.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location is excellent - only a 20min walk from Interlaken Ost or even shorter from Interlaken West

Great Hotel in great location with great breakfast and great staffs

Excellent location 5 min walk to Interlaken West.
Nice place to stay as a base to visit different sites.
The Lady at the front desk was kind enough to allow us an early check in.
Facilities such as microwave, hot water for tea coffee provided at the lobby very useful esp in cold winter.
