All round great hotel with further expansion taking place it seems?

Couldn’t fault this hotel really. Above average pricing it seems, but a very cosy and comfortable feel to the stylish rooms, well kept reception areas and dining spaces with an amazing view over the town. The staff were
Exceptionally friendly
And gave good guidance during the greet.
The room given was so comfy.
Don’t venture to the spa area, but the spacious room gave plenty of scope for me to a workout.
The breakfast was quite something. The volume and choice of food was quite extraordinary!
Not sure I’ll be back in the area, but wouldn’t hesitate to book back in here.

Substandard food and messy with reservations

We were a family 7 people had booked the Friday-Sunday Great Spa Experience.
Starting with the positives: pleasant environment and nice spa, great rooms with comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice staff.
But unfortunately the whole is destroyed and average grades because of this:
- The food. Strange, tasteless, too much acid, cold. The goat cheese included in the 4-course was inedible.
“Although we were out in good time (already in January), we did not manage to book treatments. Poor control of logistics.
Hope for the guests and their own sake they fix this soon.

Bad restaurant

Restaurant Sandberg was not good, had lunch after a spa stay. The salad buffet was not refilled, bread and sauces were missing, the coffee was absent for over 30 minutes and the soup was cold. Water carafe had to be picked up yourself, inattentive staff. The food was quite ok, quite tasteless and carelessly served. Would definitely not have been worth 185 SEK.

Spontaneous evening at beautiful Billingehus

We had a spontaneous afternoon/evening with drinks and light food. And what an amazing experience! Service-minded staff, professionally mixed drinks and good food.
The staff were very accommodating and nice, and the service was top class.
Then the environment is fantastic with nice views of Skövde so that's a bonus. So this is going to be a tradition.

Urusel customer understanding/satisfaction

Went with the family to eat the weekend menu. Chose a simple chicken schnitzel for 185 kr !!. As a chef, you know chicken has to be cooked through. The one served was not cooked through and also contained a bloody vein. The restaurant manager did not agree with us about the frying rate and in addition, you have to expect that the kitchen does not cut out “bloody entrails”
There we sat completely amazed and had to leave the schnitzel and the restaurant disappointed.
We got an unnecessary cost of 185 SEK and they got a free supplement on the corresponding and 5 dissatisfied customers.
That's how much we were worth!!
