Incredible stay, sensational staff. We will be back!
Absolutely fantastic stay from Feb 22nd - March 4th. I have to start with the staff. All staff that we were blessed to have met during our stay went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help, advise and ensure our stay was the best it could be. Well they all exceeded that expectation! From Christina our house keeper to the restaurant staff and of course the amazing reception team. Their English was incredible and they helped me find a dentist when I developed an infection (which was a fantastic dentist). The weather was dry throughout our stay and ranged between 12 - 16 degrees which is perfect for exploring and I even came back with a tan without trying!! The train to Barcelona is very straight forward and cost €11 per adult one way and takes around 40 minutes. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The gym and indoor pool & jacuzzi were great to have during their winter. I loved the quiet location of this hotel but also within a 30 minute slow walk/ 15 minute fast walk or 7 minute cycle (free bike rental from the hotel - amazing!!) to the restaurants, shops, bars. However the food in the restaurants in the hotel was delicious so you don’t really need to go anywhere if you didn’t want to. From what I could see it certainly was more than adequate for disabilities. Ramp leading into the hotel. Lifts to all falls. Also mental well-being which what really makes this hotel a 10/10 for me. On our last day I wanted to cycle to the shops in the morning. I locked my bike up whilst I was at the shops (first time I went out on the bicycle without my partner as I was confident by this point of all the cycle lock up parking points etc). When I came back from the shops my chain had come off. It was 10:30 and check out time was 12:00. I tried to put the chain back on myself whilst ensuring my shopping and handbag remained in my sight. I was starting to get very stressed out and anxious. I started to push the bike back towards the hotel and I called my partner and he said he would come and find me on the promenade. I then phoned the hotel (their phone number is on the front of the bikes). They could hear I was distressed and they just kept reassuring me saying “everything will be ok, relax and take your time. These things happen”. My partner got to me and put the chain back on. Highly recommend this hotel! We didn’t use the Spa so I can’t comment on that but I will use it when I return. The hotel is very nice, we checked into the hotel in the evening only one member of staff at reception. Check in took half an hour or so and not much information given regarding pool opening hours restaurants on site etc. I had to make a noise complaint as the apartment above was playing thumping music at midnight. Despite my complaint this went on until early hours. Staff were friendly, the room and hotel was spotless, and the indoor pool was hit especially with my children. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Great hotel but super bad spa
It is the second time we go to this hotel and the truth is that the hotel itself is all great.
But the spa leaves much to be desired. A spa is supposed to be a place of comfort and relaxation but it was full of children jumping, Christ, the agia of the pool is cold there is no surveillance. I think you should take a spa more seriously. Because it's too bad the hotel is so good and you go down to the pool and you can't enjoy your stay there

Enjoyable stay
Enjoyable stay with very nice SPA.
Liked · Many people complain about the apartments but the hotel is well protected and clean. Amazing spa with view. Big rooms with spacious terrace. Nice staff.
Disliked · 1. Far from the city - the small turisty train broke we needed to walk. 2. Air freshener in the room - it was not nice smell and very intense. 3. Mosquitos - DONT LEAVE YOIR WINDOWS OPEN WITH LIGHTS ON! 4. Price - value - it’s quiet expensive as for the how old the hotel is.

Something can be improved.
The hotel was nice enough. The room had a balcony, there were two pools one inside and one outside. Very great offers like massage, but skyhigh prices.
The store was super, really practical.
Were perfect drinks.
The food was in the middle of the tree.
Great to be able to rent a bike.
After dinner we went to the other nearby hotel.
A lot of crap down at the reception. We first got completely wrong room that only had two beds (we were four) Then we were to get a new room, then we got one room with 2 beds there too. After two days we finally got the right room.
The store was super, really practical.
