The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For weekends and holidays the check in time is different, after 17:00 (5PM) the property will start the check in for the guests.
