República is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance, no later than 24 hours after booking. Please note, only 1 general cleaning is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of EUR 45 (includes linen & towels change). Please note that the kitchen must be left clean and tidy on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. When booking more than 2 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. · Key collection can be done on site, 10:00-18:00h and 23:00-07:00h. · Alternative Key collection point at Muntaner, 60 - 08011 Barcelona, 18:00-23:00h. The rooftop pool and sun terrace with views over Barcelona is open only during summer season (May-October)
