Peace of mind with good location

I really enjoyed the friendly treatment of the staff, the spacious space of the room, the quiet and quiet of it and the fantastic location of the hotel.

Dirty bathroom

We have stayed in nh hotels on many occasions and travelled from the nh hotel in Burgos to this nh hotel in Aranjuez which we also stayed in last year without fault.
Unfortunately however this experience was not good. The bathroom had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard at all …. it was very dirty. Someone had shaved and the sink had the hair remaining all around the sink.
Very disappointing that I had to clean the bathroom myself on arrival especially when charged an extra 35 euros to travel with our non shedding dog that who was cleaner than our room!

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was wonderful, parking was easy, gym was small but sufficient. The town of Aranjuez was beautiful and a joy to explore.
Our only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock but that is also personal preference.

Reliably excellent very comfortable, good food and excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We will stay again!
