I enjoyed my stay here. The gym was disappointing and the rooftop garden area was neglected. But everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend booking an ocean view room.

Hotel is nice and comfortable with a very good location. Just 3 to 5 mins walk away from Lotte Mall and a busy shopping street where u can get all the best food and shopping. For the rate, this is definitely a good choice.

The room is very worse for wear (not like pictures at all). The headboard had visible staining, AC was not work properly (was hot) and hotel amenities did not get refreshed. The feel of the rooms also were not cozy like other hotels. The makeup of the room was subpar (bed was not made properly - sheets not fitted, duvet not straightened, etc) and the hotel building was a mix of maybe 2-3 other hotels and so the wait for the lift is long as it had 24 floors. The room also had different branding of the other hotels (North Harbour hotel and Midi Hotel) so it was apparent that they kind of just slapped furniture together. Kind of made you confused to be honest. Also when using taxi/bus, they sometimes don’t want to drop you off at the hotel as it is on a busy street and they can’t do a U-turn, so its really inconvenient especially since we travelled with a baby.
The view was nice though as you got a view of the harbour and downstairs had a CU convenience store - that’s probably about the only good things about this hotel.
I would not come back.

The hotel rooms are outdated and in need of maintenance. The wallpaper was torn, and amenities were not provided, except for basic cleansing products. Housekeeping was poorly done, and the "Make Up Room" button was unresponsive—we activated it for housekeeping, but no service was provided.

Hotel Adella is prohibiting the provision of free disposable products due to the implementation of amendments to the Resource Recycling Act. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room, and if you need anything else, you can buy it at the front desk. we have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful.
moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well.
pillows are not comfortable for us.
for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty.
