Good experience

Great place to be, except for certain issues with their policies and how it's communicated clearly to guests. I would recommend that refund policies are clearly communicated and is consistent.
I left instructions for my AC not to be turned on, which was eventually turned on by house-keeping. I was sad as I struggled to sleep because i was sick and I complained. I received a touching letter of apology and a basket of fruits to make it up to me, which for menwas a good gesture, plus my instruction was adhered to until I checked out. Gentile Dusabe (Reservation), Innocent Niyomugabo (Front desk), Umutoni Diane (Front desk), Kagabirwa Faith (Reservation), and Aline (Larder restaurant) were all professional, courteous, and assisted me in having a memorable stay and deserve huge commendation.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful

Esther provided a really great service. She loves what she does and is very great with people and provides a great service. Excellent service received at the lounge. Very patient and friendly. Dedicated to her work and is very kind and understanding.

Good hotel, good value

Modern hotel, good price, close to a mall, good bathrooms, fast wifi. Room service menu a bit small hut overall good food. Pool and gym, TV with 50 channels. This hotel is mainly for business travellers who attend events at the next door convention center

I had fun lodging in Radisson Blu

Beautiful place to be. Aime who took me to my room made sure was so friendly and all smiles. . Amazing staff, services are top notch, I like the place so much.Rose and Anne Marie are amazing in Business class. They are the best. The environment is beautiful.
