Working break
The breakfast was fantastic so much choice and a la carte options. I have to mention Grazina she was so friendly and is working so hard to look after everyone with the biggest smile nothing is too much trouble. I would also like to mention the cleaning was excellent. The front of house staff very friendly and a special mention to Rayanne at breakfast aswell.

Awesome,good personality,presentable nice all is perfect..

Discrimination
The reception and staff told me that it is not allowed but several women were wearing even less clothes than I did but noone told them anything..Very bad and very rude reception they regarded me with a haughty gaze, as though I were inferior to them.

We are sincerely sorry to hear that parts of your visit did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that our hotel adheres to a dress code policy, particularly in our bar areas, which is applied equally to all guests regardless of gender. This policy is in place not only to maintain a certain standard but also in response to concerns we have received from other guests regarding inappropriate attire. We regret if this was not clearly communicated or handled appropriately during your stay.
We also apologize for the experience you had with our reception staff in our sports bar. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we will be reviewing the matter internally to ensure better guest interactions in the future.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your feedback. I hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back and exceed your expectations in the near future with a stay that is memorable for all the right reasons.
