I would have given an excellent, but the hotel air was turned off for the season (April), and we only had heat . Most of the time, that would have been fine ,but we did have days in the mid twenties . Maybe nitpicking, but that is my only complaint.

Nice hotel to stay for business. Close to the city center, really clean, beautiful room. Good price-quality ratio. Good breakfast.

A gem in Porto

Every single person at the hotel was super friendly polite and made that extra effort to make your day outstanding.
From the moment you have your breakfast in the downstairs cafe to the last night cap before heading back to the room.
I must qualify the customer service experience at this hotel beyond outstanding.

Fabulous hotel - very close to the Super Bock centre for concerts.
Staff very pleasant and helpful.
We would definitely come back

Good hotel well connected

Quite central hotel 20min walk with parking (15€/day).
The rooms very well, comfortable and correctly soundproofed, and with all the amenities that may be needed.
The reception staff very correct (very friendly and professional).
