pleasant stay

pleasant facilities, friendly staff, the diversity of breakfast needs to be improved, a trip to the thermal center deserves to be provided with a bathrobe.
good location next to the park, great for hiking.

Not recommended.

The overall experience was quite unsatisfactory. The facilities are very old-fashioned, in the room it was cold, there were humidities and the cleanliness was quite improveable. Also, we were not given a queen size bed, and the beds were very uncomfortable with a very worn mattress and a very small and worn pillow. We had to queue for more than half an hour the next day to get in for breakfast... Organization and facilities very much improved, as I don't think it is by far a truly 4 star hotel.

Municipal Thermal baths partly out of work, due to recent flooding. Hotel staff did not inform us of that, nor did Baths personnel. Hotel is in rundown condition with limited services available. Front staff is friendly but this property barely deserves a 3 star, let alone 4.

Nothing special, OK for just sleeping.

This was a sad place to me. There was no atmosphere or ambiance at all. The bed was comfortable, but, the hotel itself was run down. There were stains all over the carpets in the common areas as well as the rooms. The furniture was stained in spots, and it just looked like it needs some updating.
The breakfast/dining area was pretty dismal. There is virtually no colour, no decor. The breakfast didn't have much choice, and the buffet was very poorly laid out. Little things made this place just barely average. I could recommend this for sleeping, but, I didn't want to spend any time there.
