Awesome

Perfect!
Me and my husband spent one night here.
It was wonderfully quiet, good beds, beautiful room
We had a delicious meal in the hotel, the table was full, it was just the right amount of geoon, really tasty, the owner can cook DELICIOUS picobello it was really delicious.
And the breakfast was really delicious and very extensive.
Very sweet, warm-hearted people.
A cozy interior, just really nice.
So I can recommend it to everyone.

Hotel for a visit to the north of the country

The rooms are a bit outdated, but the bed is fine and the dinner in particular is delicious. As well as the extensive breakfast. The hotel is beautifully situated on the water, but on a busy road. The owners are friendly people and very hospitable

Nobody present

Then... after a long drive from south NL to north NL you find yourself standing at a dark hotel... No one in sight... nothing to hear... not responding to phone calls...
Why do I make a reservation?
All hotels in the area were full.. I ended up having to drive 40km back to get a room.. at the highest price
Really worse than bad!

BSB @ Assen Weekend

Three of us stayed here for three nights for the BSB weekend at Assen. Rooms 11 and 12. Easily accessible up steep stairs not for anyone with walking difficulties....
Rooms comfortable and clean. Towels replaced everyday despite not bwing lobbed on the floor. Downside was Room 12 shower room cold as the radiator didn't seem to work!
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice bread/rolls and meat/cheese etc. We ate in first two nights and the food was good and portions pretty large. Good range of beers on tap and bottle after a hard day watching the racing!!!
Restaurant closed Sunday evening so need to find alternative - "By Fabrizio" nearby is excellent.
Would stay again? Definitely.

Assen Motogp stay

Delightful classy friendly location in Tynaarlo. Next to a fantastic working lock with a draw bridge. Fantastic food, service with friendly owners and an eye catching breath taking view. Beautiful surroundings all on the doorstep with clubs and other pub's a 5 minute walk away
