Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. An a la carte breakfast with choice of coffee, tea, milk and juice is available every morning from 8.00 am to 11.00 am. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling. In a single reservation when 5 rooms or more are booked, it is considered as a group reservation. In this case a pre-payment may be asked as a guarantee of the reservation, acceptable only by bank transfer. Credit card is not accepted for pre-payment. The hotel will contact the booker/guest with more details. Please note that Hotel CC may pre-authorize your credit card to guarantee your reservation. Some renovations are being performed outside the building, and therefore some scaffolding might be visible from your room window.
