Disappointing stay.
Location good, private room OK but unprofessional hosts and dangerous lack of security.
The host did not show me how to use the door code so when i came back at 2.30am i was left locked out on my first night as a woman in Mexico! The host and the co host both did not pick up there phones which left me in a dangerous spot. Until one of the other guests kindly got up to open the desks. The next night it happened to another guest.
Also the room names are not clear eg a girl spent an hour trying to find her room as there was noone to help her.
This leads to a feeling of chaos where guests are asking each other for help eg with checking in and out instead of the owners.
Moreover, there are people working on laptops everywhere without headphones, including the host who is constantly speaking loudly on zoom calls even in the garden, means there is no peaceful place except your own room where u can find a quiet space.
It felt like i was sleeping in an depressing office space with no one talking to each other. And i would not recommend unless all u want to be on your laptop and not socialize.
Conclusion: Overpriced for what is offered interms of hospitiality and fact the building is worn out and badly needs repainting inside and layout to be reorganized so there are spaces without work going on..
