Excellent
The staff and service were excellent, the rooms were clean, the food was very good. I had my wedding there at the pakaoa and it was great. There was only one communication detail at the last, but the rest was excellent thanks to all the staff.

Very nice hotel, good facilities, clean and delicious food, thank you
The hotel is near the center of Hixmiquilpan, Hidalgo and the staff is very friendly, attentive to requests and the breakfast that is included in the reservation is delicious, we really liked the hotel and I can only thank you for the good time we had there, we will return soon, thank you very much

Safest and most accessible hotel with AC and Restaurant. What more can you ask for?
3rd time staying there in my 5-10 day visits to Ixmiquilpan. My go to place! My first kudos is for Gerardo who reminded me why I keep coming back…. I had made the reservation earlier in the week and specified I needed a room with AC unit. They had me assigned to one with out. At check in, he immediately found me one with to correct the mistake; furthermore, he saw I had a car and he found me one that provided direct access to the car from the room! He ensured it was to my liking before handing the keys over. Gerardo is also extremely personable, helpful by assisting me with our heavy luggage and offering his help for anything overnight and excellent customer Service skills.
The rooms themselves aren’t anything fancy, but they are comfortable, clean and offer daily housekeeping. As many hotels as I visit that is no longer a standard amenity.
Especially grateful to Melissa and Juana from the restaurant for accommodating our special seating requirements, needs and requests throughout this weeklong stay. The food was delicious and had excellent presentation, even better than some I’ve seen over here. See pics!
Don’t want to leave out the daytime clerks, Edith and Eduardo in front desk always willing to help with my mother-in-law and my needs.
This place may be more expensive than any of the others surrounding it, but having the restaurant there, feeling secure with hotel main entry and car garage access locked after 11 is priceless and if you’re like me, this is the only one in the area that has a few rooms with functioning AC units.
Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

DESCANSO
Si deseas descansar es el lugar ideal, muy tranquilo, Está muy céntrico de los lugares de interés.
La comida del restaurante es buena, el bufete de los fines de semana esta a muy buen precio.

Buen hotel, mal olor
Al llegar a la habitación lo primero que se notó fue el olor a caño HORRIBLE que salía del baño, muy penetrante y aunque abrimos puerta y ventanas no se fue mucho el olor. Pero es un hotelito normal en medio de la nada, con alberca, cancha de tenis, restaurante y estacionamiento. Por cierto, yo soy muy escéptica pero en la madrugada se escucharon unos lamentos muy feos y no hay nada a los alrededores, preguntamos a los de recepción y dicen que nunca se escuchaba nada, tal vez fue otra cosa

Empezamos una nueva administración y hemos implementado un programa de mejora en varios aspectos, incluyendo mantenimiento. En cualquier caso, siempre puede comentar al personal a cargo para realizar un cambio de habitación, a una que sea de su total agrado.
